The Honorable Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh Maritime University (BMU), Rear Admiral Khandakar Akhter Hossain, NUP, ndc, psc, PhD, attended the Convocation Ceremony of the World Maritime University (WMU) in Malmö, Sweden, upon the kind invitation of Professor Maximo Q.
