This<br \/>\r\npaper provides a broad overview of MET opportunities in Bangladesh, and career and other economic prospects of professionals in the maritime sector and its impact on sustainable development of the country. Required data and information has been collected from several databases like ResearchGate, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, ERIC, journals, newspaperss, and relevant organisations\u201f websites to delineate the overview fostering Bangladeshi perspectives.
